摘要
对空调进行非正常测试时发现,部分空调因为排气压力过高,最终导致两器等承压部件在压力测试过程中出现破裂的情况。通过分析发现,制冷剂、冷凝器的散热效果、膨胀阀开度、系统混有空气、机组运行频率等因素会对空调排气压力造成影响。本文主要分析这些影响因素,并根据分析提出相应的整改建议,供检测及设计人员参考。
It’s found that two components such as pressure components may get ruptured during pressure test because of high exhaust pressure.Through further analysis,we discovered that some factors including refrigerant,the cooling effect of condenser,the expansion of valve opening,air mixing and running frequency and so on may have some influence on exhaust pressure,focusing on this,this paper mainly analyzed them in detail,and based on that,we put forward some corresponding corrective suggestions for the testing and design staff.
