R32/润滑油对压缩机泄露电流影响试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在全封闭旋转式压缩机中,电机会长期接触到润滑油和制冷剂,其一旦进入到电机的线圈以及绝缘材料的缝隙中后,会对压缩机的绝缘能力产生影响。本文通过试验测试,研究了压缩机内流体种类及配比关系对电绝缘特性的影响规律。试验结果表明:纯制冷剂对压缩机电绝缘性能影响较大,而纯润滑油对其影响并不明显。对于R32/润滑油混合流体,其制冷剂比例达到40%之前,泄露电流都处于较低的水平,但超过40%以后泄漏电流会突然上升,超过国家标准所允许的范围,其研究结果可为R32空调机组的设计开发提供指导。 In a fully enclosed rotary compressor,the motor will be exposed to the lubricating oil and refrigerant for a long time.Once it enters the coils of the motor or the gap in the insulating material,it will affect performance of electrical insulation for the compressor.In this paper,the influence of the type and proportion of the fluid in the compressor on the characteristics of electrical insulation was studied by experimental tests.The test results show that the pure refrigerant has a great influence on the electrical insulation performance of the compressor,while the pure lubricant has no obvious effect on it.For R32/lubricant mixed fluids,the leakage current is at a low level until the proportion of refrigerant reaches 40%,but over 40%,the leakage current will suddenly rise beyond the allowable range of national standards.The research results can provide guide for design and development of R32 air conditioning unit.
