摘要
为解决车载压缩机因供油不足引起的零件磨损问题,以某型号卧式车载压缩机为研究对象,建立三维瞬态数值仿真模型,选用VOF多相流模型,研究卧式风扇安装位置对压缩机整机流场油分布、流体流量及压力分布的影响,结果表明风扇安装在主平衡侧更有利于上法兰区域上油,与风扇安装于副平衡侧对比,上螺旋槽位置油分可提升0.3,流体质量流量至少可提升28%左右。
Based on components abrasion of vehicular compressor caused by insufficient oil supply,took a certain type of horizontal vehicular rolling rotor compressor as sample,established a three-dimensional numerical simulation model,researched the influence of horizontal fan installation position on lubricating oil distribution、mass flow and pressure distribution of the whole vehicular compressor through VOF multiphase model.The results showed that the fan mounted on the main balancing block side can improve the oiling effect located at the upper flange position.Compared with the fan mounted on the auxiliary balancing block side,the increment of the volume fraction of oil on the upper helical oil groove is about 0.3,and the increment of the mass flow rate is about 28%.
