石墨烯微片对管材专用聚乙烯性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用石墨烯微片对管材专用聚乙烯进行改性,考察了石墨烯对管材专用聚乙烯的熔体流动速率、密度、力学性能、热性能、电性能的影响。结果表明:随着石墨烯用量的增加,管材专用聚乙烯的熔体流动速率及密度均增大,弯曲模量逐渐提高,产品刚性得到明显改善,但同时韧性降低;石墨烯对管材专用聚乙烯的导热性能及导电性能无明显影响。 Graphene microchip was used for modification of the polyethylene(PE)tube specialty.The influence of graphene on melt flow rate(MFR),density,mechanical properties,thermal properties and electrical properties of PE tube specialty were investigated.The results show that the flexural modulus,MFR and density of PE increase with the addition of graphene,the rigidity of the product is improved obviously,while the toughness decreases.The addition of graphene contributes little to the thermal conductivity and conductivity of PE pipes.
