摘要
在间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯装置上,采用茂金属催化剂生产了均聚聚丙烯MPP6006。结果表明:聚合过程平稳,聚合物粒子为类球形,大小均匀,细粉含量少,粒子间无团聚或粘连,聚合物粒子粒径为1~2 mm,粉料表观密度不小于4.0 g/cm^3;MPP6006的熔体流动速率为5.0~7.0 g/10 min,简支梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)不小于68 kJ/m^2,雾度小于7%。与采用Ziegler-Natta催化剂生产的聚丙烯相比,采用茂金属催化剂生产的聚丙烯具有卓越的抗冲击性能和透明性。
Homo-polypropylene,MPP6006,was developed by metallocene catalyst in batch liquid phase bulk polymerization polypropylene plant.The results show that the production process is stable,the particle of the polymer products is near-spherical in uniform size and few fine content.No aggregation or adhesion occur among particles.The particle size of PP ranges from 1 to 2 mm,and the apparent density of the polymer powder is larger than 4.0 g/cm^3.The melt flow rate of the product is from 5.0 to 7.0 g/10min,its Charpy notched impact strength at 23℃is higher than 65 kJ/m^2 and the haze is lower than 7%.The impact strength and transparency of polypropylene prepared by metallocene catalyst are excellent compared with those by Ziegle-Natta catalysts.
