辅助凝聚剂对ABS装置凝聚和脱水系统的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物生产装置中,凝聚干燥单元易出现凝聚颗粒形态不佳、结构松散、浆液水层浑浊、真空过滤机滤布堵塞、脱水机电流超限和湿粉料含水量高等问题,严重制约了装置的生产能力。在凝聚过程熟化阶段加入辅助凝聚剂,可显著改善凝聚效果。结果表明:加入的辅助凝聚剂占凝聚浆液中固体质量的1.0%~2.0%时,凝聚废水中化学需氧量减少近60%,悬浮物减少97%,湿粉料含水质量分数由23.6%~23.9%降至19.4%~20.1%;辅助凝聚剂的使用对凝聚、脱水、干燥等单元操作的长周期连续稳定运行和最终产品质量无不良影响。 The issues occurred in the coagulation and dehydration unit of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)resin production plant including the aggregation particles in poor shape and loose structure,turbid slurry water,easy to plug vacuum filter,high current of spin drier and high moisture powder,restrict the capacity of the plant seriously.Assisted coagulant is added in the curing stage whose mass fration in slurry solids is 1.0%to 2.0%to reduce the chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the wastewater by nearly 60%,and the suspended substance(SS)is reduced by 97%,furthermore,the water content of the wet powder drops from 23.6%~23.9%to 19.4%~20.1%.The use of assisted coagulant has no negative impact on the long-term continuous and stable operation of coagulation,dehydration,and drying units as well as the final product quality.
