摘要
综述了计算机辅助工程(CAE)/计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术在塑料加工过程中原料筛选、工艺优化及模具设计中的应用。利用CAD对制件进行三维建模,采用CAE技术可以结合制件的结构和性能筛选出最适用的原材料;对工艺参数进行分析,可以筛选出最佳的加工工艺;对模具结构进行合理设计,可以有效提高聚合物熔体充模和冷却过程中温度场和应力场的均一性;从而制备出高质量、缺陷少的制件。
The application of computer assisted engineering(CAE)/computer assisted design(CAD)technology in selection of raw materials,process optimization and die design during the process of plastic processing are reviewed.CAD technology can be applied in three-dimensional modeling of parts.CAE technology can be used to select the optimal raw materials on the basis of structure and performance of the parts as well as optimal processing process by analysis to parameters to design the reasonable mold structure,which can improve the uniformity of temperature field and stress field in the process of polymer melt filling and cooling to produce the plastic products with high quality and few defects.
