湖北省武陵山片区智力精准扶贫与乡村振兴战略研究——基于涉农专利与农业科技创新

Rural Revitalization Strategy and Intellectual Precision Poverty Alleviation in the Wuling Mountain Area of Hubei Province: Based on the Agricultural Patent and Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation

湖北省武陵山片区位于国家扶贫攻坚的"主战场"。从专利区域分布、年度获得专利量变化、最近5年万人获专利量、专利主要涉及的农业产业、专利申请人(专利权人)组成等方面,研究了该区域11县市涉农专利保护现状,分析了其涉农专利保护与相关的农业科技创新存在的问题,并从涉农专利与农业科技创新等角度,探讨该连片特困区与少数民族地区智力精准扶贫策略与乡村振兴战略,并提出了相关建议。

Rural revitalization strategy,precise poverty alleviation and priority poverty alleviation in the destitute areas,are the three important new problems in the“three rural”work and rural poverty alleviation in recent years in China.The Wuling mountain area,is located in the“main battlefield”of the national poverty alleviation.This paper has studied the status of agriculture-related patent protection in 11 counties and cities in the region,analyzed the existing problems of agricultural patent protection and related agricultural science and technology innovation.Based on the perspective of the agricultural patent and agricultural science and technology innovation,the paper has analyzed the countermeasure of intellectual precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy,and put forward several suggestions.
