双馈风电机组参与一次调频控制策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着风电机组在系统中的渗透率逐渐增大,带给系统的调频压力也日益增加,因此研究双馈风电机组参与一次调频的控制策略是很有必要的。在充分发挥下垂控制能实现机组快速响应,虚拟惯性控制可增加系统整体惯性的基础上,设计了双馈风电机组的分段控制策略。经RTDS仿真平台验证,双馈风电机组具有参与一次调频的功能。 With the high penetration of the wind power in the system,the frequency regulation pressure of the system is increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to study the control strategy of wind turbine in primary frequency regulation.In the existing control strategy,the droop control can achieve rapid response,and the virtual inertial control can increase the inertia of the system as a whole.In order to give full play to the advantages of the two control strategies,this paper designed a piecewise control strategy of DFIG wind turbine.Based on the real time digital simulation(RTDS),the DFIG wind turbine can track the frequency of the system in real time,and the control strategy can achieve the function of primary frequency regulation commendably.
