This paper described the cause of air circuit breaker contact rebound,and did the moving contact anti rebound structure optimization design and simulation analysis.By the use of high speed photography,the design optimization results were verified.Ultimately it improves the resilience of the moving contact,speeds up the opening time,improves the products breaking performance.
