中国传统书体与汉字新生的相关性研究

RESEARCH ON RELEVANCE BETWEEN TRADITIONAL STYLE OF CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY AND NEW PRESENCE OF CHINESE CHARACTERS

汉字是中国文化传承的重要媒介,传统书体和字体设计都是对汉字进行造型表现,对文字进行文化传承,一个注重精神气质的表达,一个注重实用功能的表现,是应用在不同领域的两种不同艺术表现形式。随着现代设计观念的改变,东西方文化的交流以及对设计认知的转变,要建立具有本民族特色的字体设计风格以及提升中国传统书体艺术的功能价值,需要两者相辅相成,相互借鉴与运用,共同融合与发展。

Chinese characters are an important medium to inherit Chinese culture.Both traditional Chinese Calligraphy Style and font design can express Chinese characters in different appearances,reflecting cultural heritage.The former focuses on presenting spirit and charm,whereas the latter focuses on practical expression.So they are two different forms of artistic expression applied to different areas.As modern design concept and design cognition are changing with more communications between eastern and western cultures,it is necessary to integrate and develop these two factors by finding their interconnections,referable and applicable points in order to establish a font design style with our special national characteristics as well as to increase functional value of Chinese traditional calligraphy style.
