地铁线路的开发对沿线商业业态空间设计的影响

自伦敦地铁建设以来,城市地铁的开发已经有百余年的历史。如今,地铁担负的功能已经不仅仅局限于交通功能,还包括地铁沿线商业价值的开发,地铁开发对一个城市经济发展的重要性已经不言而喻。有鉴于此,本文将简要阐述地铁开发所带来的地铁沿线的商业业态的变化,并在此基础上分析地铁沿线商业业态空间的发展趋势。希望本文的的浅薄之见对实践中的地铁开发和沿线的商业业态分布有一定的理论指导作用和实践导向价值,能够为促进城市商业形态的优化升级略尽绵薄之力。

Since the construction of the London underground,the development of the city subway has a history of more than one hundred years.Nowadays,the functions of the subway are not only limited to the transportation,but also include the development of commercial value along the subway line.The importance of subway development to the economic development of a city is self-evident.In view of this,this paper will briefly explain the changes in the type of commercial along the subway caused by the subway development,and on this basis analyze the development trend of the type of commercial space along the subway.It is hoped that the shallow opinion of this paper will have certain theoretical guiding role and practical guiding value for the subway development in practice and the commercial distribution along the route,and will contribute to the optimization and upgrading of urban commercial forms.
