On the Inner Relationship Between Law-based Governance and the Nurturing of Core Socialist Values

依法治国与社会主义核心价值观培育,有着密切的内在关系,包括生成背景的同步性、逻辑内涵的同构性、目标定位的同向性等。从二者的相互作用角度来说,依法治国是社会主义核心价值观培育的法治保障,社会主义核心价值观培育是推进依法治国的价值支点。因此,在具体实践过程中,我们必须构建依法治国与社会主义核心价值观培育相互配合的互动机制,确立起刚柔并济的实践原则,实现协同推进的重要目标。

The law-based governance has a close relationship with the nurturing of core socialist values,including the synchronismof background,the isomorphismof logical connotation and the convergence of the direction of target.Fromthe perspective of their interaction,the law-based governance supplies the legal guarantee to the nurturing of core socialist value.On the other hand,the core socialist values are the value basis to the advance of the law-based governance.In practice,we should establish a mutually coordinated mechanism between the law-based governance and core socialist values to implement the practical principle of“toughness and softness”in order to achieve the important goal of coordinated advance.
