工艺参数对悬砂法复合电镀制备金刚线的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了以悬砂法复合电镀氨基磺酸镍的方式制备金刚线时,上砂镀过程中阴极电流密度和上砂时间对金刚线表面磨粒分布和含量、直径与抗拉及抗扭性能的影响。结果表明,以阴极电流密度7 A/dm^2上砂镀3 min,可制得镀层平整、磨粒分布均匀、抗拉和抗扭性能良好的金刚线。 The effects of current density and deposition time in nickel-based composite electroplating in a sulfamate bath with suspended diamonds on the distribution and content of abrasive particles in the diamond-embedded wire as well as its diameter and resistance to tensile and torsion were studied.A diamond wire saw with even coating,uniform distribution of abrasive particles,and good tensile and torsion resistance can be obtained by electroplating at 7 A/dm2 for 3 min.
