摘要
在303 K、313 K、323 K下,研究了碳黑在异丙醇水溶液中对聚酯型分散剂的等温吸附,并用Langmuir和Freundlich模型进行拟合和误差分析。对吸附聚酯型分散剂前后的碳黑进行红外图谱对比,吸附后无新官能团吸收峰出现,间接证实吸附为物理吸附;使用Dubinin-Radushkevich方程对吸附的平均自由能进行计算,结果为0.961 1~1.004 0 kJ/mol,进一步证实吸附过程属物理吸附。
At the temperature of 303 K,313 K and 323 K,isothermal adsorption of carbon black to polyester dispersant in isopropanol aqueous solution was studied,and Langmuir and Freundlich models were used for fitting and error analysis.The infrared spectra of carbon black before and after the adsorption of polyester dispersing agent were compared,which was showed that there was no new functional group absorption peaks after adsorption,so that the adsorption was indirectly confirmed as physical adsorption.The average adsorption free energy of carbon black to polyester dispersant was calculated by Dubinin-Radushkevich equation.The result was 0.961 1~1.004 0 kJ/mol,which further confirmed that the adsorption process was physical adsorption.
