摘要 为了解常用家电塑料外壳的组成、热解机理及其火灾危险性,选取空调、洗衣机、电视机的塑料外壳为研究对象,进行红外光谱分析、差热-热重分析。研究表明:上述样品的主要成分分别为:PS和PE、PP、PS和PE;在空气氛围下,其热解过程均可分为软化、热解、氧化燃烧3个阶段;运用Coats-Redfern积分法对样品进行热动力学分析,得到3种样品的活化能、频率因子等热解动力学参数。 In order to understand the composition,pyrolysis mechanism and fire risk of plastic shell of common household appliances.The plastic outer cases of an air-conditioner,a washing machine and a television set were selected as the research objects.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis were used to analyze the samples.The research showed that:an air-conditioner and a television set are made up of polystyrene and polyethylene,a washing machine is made up of polypropylene;in the air atmosphere,the pyrolyzation processes of the three kinds of research objects can be divided into three stages:softening,pyrolyzation,as well as oxidation and combustion;the Coats-Redfern integration method was used to analyze the thermodynamics of the samples;kinetic parameters of pyrolysis such as the activation energy and the frequency factors were gotten.
