摘要
介绍消防车水力性能试验装置的硬件和软件设计,分析消防车水力系统试验装置的安装与调试。一是装置的安装直接影响水泵车的测试结果;二是装置的调试可以检验水泵的性能参数。对消防车载泵的四种工况进行分析测试,结果表明:DN150管道额定工况运行下,流量误差为0.4 L/s。该装置能够准确测出消防水罐车的实际水泵性能,满足消防实际的工作需求。
The hardware and software design of the hydraulic performance test device for fire engines was introduced,and the installation and commissioning of the test system for the hydraulic system of fire engines was analyzed.First,the installation of the device directly affects the test results of the pump truck.Second,the commissioning of the device can check the performance parameters of the pump.The four working conditions of the fire truck mounted pump were ana-lyzed and tested.The results showed that the flow error of DN150 pipeline is 0.4 L/s under rated operating condition.The device can accurately measure the actual pump performance of the fire truck and meet the actual needs of the fire fighting.
