摘要
选取硬脂酸钠和油酸钠作为氢氧化镁的改性剂,通过改变改性剂的用量、反应时间及反应温度,制备得到表面改性后的氢氧化镁阻燃剂。使用差热热重同步分析仪(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别表征样品的热解、物相和形貌特性,进而研究其表面改性后的阻燃性能。结果表明,两种改性剂都在用量2%、反应时间1.5 h、反应温度40℃时改性氢氧化镁阻燃效果最好,且油酸钠改性后的阻燃效果更佳。
Magnesium hydroxide flame retardants were modificated by using sodium carbide and sodium oleate with different modification amount,reaction time and reaction temperature.Then,the thermal decomposition,phase identification and surface morphology characteristics of magnesium hydroxide flame retardants were characterized by applying differential thermogravimetric analyzer(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).And then,the flame retardant property of magnesium hydroxide flame retardants was investigated.The current results indicated that sample possess the best flame retardant property after the surface modification of sodium carbide and sodium oleateduring the modification amount 2%,reaction time1.5 h and the reaction temperature 40℃.At last,it can be found that the flame-retarding performance after sodium oleate modification is the better.
