基于WebGIS的事故应急救援指挥系统设计

Design of emergency rescue command system based on WebGIS

针对事故应急处理的需要,设计开发基于WebGIS的事故应急救援指挥系统。按照应急救援响应机制的流程,从"源、对、处"三个模块提出平台系统的设计结构,主要包含事故上报、事故接警、消息发送、应急启动等方面内容。通过应急指挥系统平台的开发,建立一种操作简单、科学合理的模式化应急救援指挥系统,提高了对重大突发事件的监测、预报、应急能力,全面提高危险源事故应急救援管理水平。
