摘要
针对事故应急处理的需要,设计开发基于WebGIS的事故应急救援指挥系统。按照应急救援响应机制的流程,从"源、对、处"三个模块提出平台系统的设计结构,主要包含事故上报、事故接警、消息发送、应急启动等方面内容。通过应急指挥系统平台的开发,建立一种操作简单、科学合理的模式化应急救援指挥系统,提高了对重大突发事件的监测、预报、应急能力,全面提高危险源事故应急救援管理水平。
Aiming at the need of emergency response of accidents,an accident emergency rescue command system was developed based on WebGIS.According to the process of emergency response mechanism,the design structure of the platform system was put forward from three modules as"source,measures and dispose",mainly including accident reporting,accident alarm,message sending and emergency start.Through the development of the emergency command system platform,a simple,scientific and reasonable model emergency rescue command system was established,which can improve the ability of monitoring,forecast and
