摘要
由于对该项试验的重视,以及对试验结果准确度的认可。我们所有有关这项试验的试验过程都由国家机动车质量监督检验中心(重庆)承接。该中心的开式驱动桥总成试验台QRP172-1可以满足该试验的各项要求,且转速扭矩传感器采用HBM(德国)非接触式传感器,精度可达万分之五。齿轮油油温监控可同样采用在放油螺栓处连接热电偶的方式进行或直接使用测温仪测量。
Due to the importance of the test,and the accuracy of the test results.All of our trials on this test are carried out by the National Vehicle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center(Chongqing).The center's open drive bridge assembly QRP172-1 can meet the requirements of the test,and the torque sensor uses a HBM(German)non-contact sensor,with a precision of up to 5/10000.Gear oil temperature monitoring can also be carried out in the way of connecting thermocouple at the oil drain bolt or directly using thermometer.
