摘要
文章通过三维软件Solid Works建立了接触网作业梯车模型,导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中分别进行了静力学、模态和线性屈曲分析,得到其应力应变分布规律、固有频率和振型大小以及屈曲稳定性,并在此基础上对该梯车模型的关键部位作了优化,降低整体质量,从而达到轻量化的目的。
In this paper,the contact network ladder car model,which established by the three-dimensional software SolidWorks,is imported into ANSYS Workbench to analyze its statics,modes,buckling,and obtained the distribution of stress and strain,natural frequency and mode size,and buckling stability.Based on these results,the key parts are re-opti mized so as to realize the purpose of lightweight.
