基于ADAMS/Insight的某越野车悬架仿真与优化研究

摘要 以ADAMS/Car车辆动力学仿真软件为基础,根据多连杆独立悬架的关键硬点坐标,建立某越野车多连杆独立后悬架的动力学模型,并对后悬架系统进行同向车轮跳动仿真。在ADAMS/Insight中对后悬架定位参数进行灵敏度分析。根据后轮定位参数的变化规律和灵敏度分析结果,选取悬架的8个关键硬点坐标为设计变量对悬架的定位参数进行优化设计,仿真结果表明,优化后该车的多连杆独立后悬架运动学特性得到改善。 Based on vehicle dynamics simulation software ADAMS/Car and key hard-point coordinates of the multi-link independent suspension,this paper builds an off-road vehicle dynamic model of the multi-link independent suspension and makes the wheel hop analysis for the front suspension system and the sensitivity analysis for the suspension positioning parameters with ADAMS/Insight.Based on the change of the suspension positioning parameters and the sensitivity analysis results,it selects eight key suspension hard-point coordinates as design variable.The simulation results show that the kinematic characteristics of the double wishbone independent suspension are improved after optimization.
