摘要
随着新能源汽车的发展,LED作为车灯光源的应用也越来越广泛。在汽车灯LED模组的设计中,法规的要求是1分钟和30分钟两个时间点的光强度要求。在量产线上,一般情况下只会对每批产品作抽检处理,而不会对所有产品都进行检测。但是对于有全检要求的客户,如果每个产品都严格按照法规去执行测试显然是不现实的,因此,如何不用按照法规的要求去测试,又能确保每个样品都能满足法规的要求呢?文章主要着重介绍一种根据LED的特性及法规的要求确定LED模组光通量范围的计算方法。
With the development of new energy vehicles,the use of LEDs as a light source for automobiles has become more and more widespread.In the design of automotive lamp LED modules,the regulatory requirements are light intensity requirements at two time points of 1 minute and 30 minutes.On a production line,generally,only sampling inspections are performed for each batch of products,and not all products are tested.However,for customers with full inspection requirements,it is obviously unrealistic for each product to perform tests strictly in accordance with regulations.Therefore,how to avoid testing according to the requirements of the regulations and ensure that each sample can meet the requirements of the regulations?This article focuses on a method for determining the luminous flux range of an LED module based on the characteristics of the LED and the requirements of regulations.
