摘要
随着市场对轻卡配置的需求越来越高,轻卡轴距2800车型需要增加动转配置以满足市场需求。考虑动转系统对前桥的转向弯臂、转向直臂的强度要求较高,需要开发加强型转向节、弯直臂以满足加动转车型的需要。文章通过一种转向节、弯直臂的强度加大设计,简述了转向节、弯直臂加强的过程,在弯直臂加强的方案设计中详细阐述了弯直臂加强的设计步骤,首先对原有转向节、弯直臂和加强后的转向节、弯直臂进行数据对比,其次对加强后的前桥总成进行整车物理搭载间隙校核。对加强后的转向节、转向弯臂、转向直臂进行疲劳安全系数理论计算和利用UG软件对加强后的转向节、转向弯臂、转向直臂进行疲劳安全系数CAE分析。并对理论计算的疲劳安全系数与仿真软件CAE分析出的疲劳安全系数进行对比分析,确定加强后的转向节、弯直臂的疲劳安全系数满足设计要求。
As the market demands more and more light truck configuration,2,800 light truck wheelbase needs to increase the dynamic configuration to meet the market demand.Considering that the strength requirement of the steering elbow and steering straight arm of the front bridge is high,it is necessary to develop the enhanced steering knuckle and curved straight arm to meet the needs of the driving model.In this paper,through a steering knuckle,curved straight arm strength increasing design,this paper expounds the process of steering knuckle,curved straight arm to strengthen,in curved straight arm to strengthen the scheme design of detailed in this paper,the design of the curved straight arm strengthen steps,first of all,the original steering knuckle,curved straight arm and strengthen the steering knuckle,curved straight arm after data comparison,secondly to strengthen physical carrying vehicle front axle assembly of clearance after checking.To strengthen after the steering knuckle,steering arm,steering arm straight curved theoretical calculation and fatigue safety factor using UG software to strengthen after the steering knuckle,steering arm,steering arm straight curved fatigue safety coefficient of CAE analysis.And fatigue safety coefficient of the theoretical calculation and simulation software CAE analysis of comparative analysis,the fatigue safety coefficient of steering knuckle after strengthening,bending fatigue safety coefficient of straight arm meet the design requirements.
