摘要
基于对手动挡车辆起步困难的分析,设计一个简单可行的起步辅助功能,通过整车上的离合开关传感器、空挡传感器及油门位置传感器等信号判断驾驶员的起步意图,在起步动作时由发动机电子控制单元(ECU)发送指令控制发动机执行器调整进气、喷油和点火,在起步过程中增加发动机转速及发动机的储备扭矩,以达到增加发动机抗负载的能力,进而提升起步的性能。
The design of a simple and feasible launching auxiliary function based on analysis of vehicle lauching with manual gear box.First,we need distinguish driver's launching intention through the clutch switch sensor,vehicle neutral sensor and pedal position sensor signal,then the Electronic Control Unit(ECU)send commands to control the engine intake actuator,fuel injection and ignition to increase engine speed and reserve torque at the beginning of the launch process,in order to increase the engine capacity of resisting load,and thus enhance the launch performance.
