气压制动系统中冷凝器的应用与匹配

随着卡车行业的发展,整车用气量越来越大。而对于一些特殊用途的卡车,气密性难以保证,导致空压机负荷率增加。空压机长期运转产生大量的高温油气进入气压制动系统,污染下游阀体,降低其使用寿命。文章在介绍几种不同排污控制方式冷凝器的基础上,选用定时排污冷凝器,有效延长下游阀体的使用寿命。

As the development of truck industry,the gas consumption is getting bigger and bigger.But the tightness is difficult to guarantee,so the air compressor load rate increased.The hot oil generated by an air compressor which in long running state will get into the air braking system and contaminate all valves,decrease the life of those valves.On the basic of several different pollutant discharge modes in this paper,we choose the time discharge condenser,prolong the life of the downstream effectively.
