摘要 通过研究温度、光照、覆土厚度、水分、pH值、赤霉素和贮藏时间等条件对甘草种子萌发的影响,探讨甘草种子的萌发特性。结果表明,甘草种子最合适的萌发温度为25℃;在适宜的温度下,全光照比无光照的发芽势和发芽率都高;覆土厚度在0.5~1.5cm之间甘草种子出苗较齐;土壤含水量为15%最利于甘草种子发芽;甘草种子对pH值的适应范围较宽,pH值在6~10之间时甘草种子发芽率较高;50~200mg/L的赤霉素处理显著提高了甘草种子的发芽势,发芽时滞缩短;甘草种子最适贮藏时间为12个月,生产中建议使用新采收种子进行播种。 The influence of temperature,light,covering depth,water condition,pH,gibberellin concentration and storage time on seed germination were studied to explore the seed germination characteristics of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.The results showed that the optimum temperature of seed germination was 25℃.Under the proper temperature conditions,the seed germination potential and germination rate at full sunlight were higher than that at dark treatment.The seedlings came out evenly when the overlying soil thickness was between 0.5 cm and 1.5 cm.The soil moisture content of 15%was the most favorable for the germination of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch seeds.The seed of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch had the broad adaptability to pH level of environment and high germination rate was found when the range of pH value between 6 and 10.Treatment with 50-200 mg/L GA 3 significantly improved the germination potential of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds and the germination delay was shorter than other treatments.The optimal storage time of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch seeds was 12 months.It is recommended to use newly harvested seeds for sowing in actual production.
