Analysis on evaluation method of tensile capacity of plastic anchor bolt for insulation layer in construction site

塑料锚栓对固定保温材料至关重要,在保温系统中被广泛应用。但是,现行标准对塑料锚栓抗拉承载力的现场评定存在一些分歧。对塑料锚栓现场检测的评定标准和方法进行了分析,指出了塑料锚栓抗拉承载力现场评定中存在的问题和不足,并提出了相应的建议。

Plastic anchor bolt is very important to the fixed thermal insulation material,which is widely used in the insulation system.However,the present standards have some differences on the field evaluation of the tensile capacity of plastic anchor bolts.This paper analyzes the standard and the method of plastic anchor bolt for field test,and puts forward the problems and shortcomings in the field evaluation for tensile capacity of plastic anchor bolts,and corresponding suggestions are given.
