摘要
考虑蒸汽介质密度和管道摩擦阻力变化的影响,提出一种长距离输送蒸汽管道的压降和温降的计算方法。计算分析得出,保温材料及厚度、管内流速和蒸汽初始参数等都是长输蒸汽管道温降和压降的主要影响因素。
The impacts caused by the changes of both steam density and pipe friction are taken into consideration,and then a calculation method about the temperature drop and pressure drop of long-distance pipeline of steam transportation is proposed.According to calculation and analysis,it is proved that the insulation material and the corresponding thickness,velocity in pipe,initial parameters of steam and so on are the main influencing factors on temperature drop and pressure drop of long-distance steam pipeline.
