活塞环温度对柴油机机油耗的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 柴油机机油耗是发动机重要性能之一,低机油耗可以在减缓发动机排放的同时提高其运行效率;但是运行温度过高的工况会使润滑油的质量下降甚至失活,影响柴油机工作效率,产生恶化排放等问题。利用EXCITE Piston&Rings软件建立车用柴油机机油耗的计算模型,通过在一个温度界限内按相同步长改变活塞环工作温度模拟计算柴油机机油消耗量,研究有利于降低机油耗的运行温度用于指导改进设计工作。正确的改进活塞环运行的温度可以使机油消耗达到良好状态,提高热效率,降低排放,对车用柴油机产生较为积极的影响。 Diesel engine fuel consumption is one of the important performance of the engine,low fuel consumption can slow down the engine emissions while improving its operating efficiency,but the operating temperature is too high which will cause the quality of lubricating oil degradation or even deactivation,the impact of diesel engine efficiency,deterioration emissions and other issues.In this paper,the calculation model of fuel consumption of diesel engine is established by using EXCITE Piston&Rings software.The engine oil consumption is calculated by changing the operating temperature of piston ring.The operating temperature of fuel consumption is reduced to guide the improvement of design work.Correctly improving the operating temperature of the piston ring can make the oil consumption to a good condition,improve thermal efficiency,reduce emissions and the vehicle diesel engine will have a positive impact.
