摘要 针对某电厂燃煤锅炉烟气超低排放设施投运后,出现的低低温省煤器模块泄漏和积灰、脱硫水平衡失衡、脱硝SCR氨逃逸高和喷氨不均等问题进行分析研究,实施针对性的改进措施并辅以优化调整,实现了烟气参数的达标排放和环保设施的稳定运行。 In view of the leakage and ash accumulation of the low-low temperature economizer module,the desulfurization water imbalance,the high escape of ammonia of denitrification Selective Catalytic Reduction and the inequality of ammonia injection after being put into operation of coal-fired boiler flue gas ultra-low emission facilities in a power plant,the paper analyzes and studies these problems.The improvement measures and optimization adjustment are carried out to realize the discharge standard of flue gas parameters and the stable operation of environmental protection facilities.
