临床护士实施老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理的现状及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Preventive Nursing in Elderly Patients with Low Mobility

目的了解临床护士实施老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2016年3-5月,采用便利抽样法选择宁夏省银川市某三级甲等综合医院的261名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版护士对老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理评价量表、老年人态度量表(Kogan’s attitudes towards old people,KAOP)、老化知识量表(facts on aging quiz,FAQ)对其进行问卷调查。结果护士对老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理评价量表的总得分为(137.15±7.34)分,总体处于中低水平;KAOP得分为(141.13±12.25)分,护士对老年人整体呈正向积极态度;FAQ得分为(11.87±3.22)分,护士的老化知识掌握程度总体呈中下水平。是否担任过责任护士或责任组长、有无临床带教经验及不同KAOP、FAQ得分护士的老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理评价量表得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多元线性回归显示,带教经验、对老年人态度、老化知识水平是护士实施老年患者活动低下预防性护理的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论临床护士实施老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理的水平总体偏低,并受其对老年人态度、老化知识水平和带教经历的影响。今后应根据相关影响因素制订培训方案,以提高护士实施老年患者活动能力低下预防性护理的水平。

Objective To understand the status of clinical preventive care in elderly patients with low mobility and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling method,261 nurses from the ClassⅢGradeⅠhospital in Yinchuan were selected as the study subjects.General information questionnaire,the Chinese version of nurses’preventive evaluation scale of elderly patients with low mobility,Kogan’s attitude towards older people scale(KAOP)and facts on aging quiz(FAQ)were used.Results The total score of the nurses’preventive evaluation scale of elderly patients with low mobility was(137.15±7.34),which was in a lower middle level.The score of KAOP was(141.13±12.25),nurses held a positive attitude towards the elderly.The score of FAQ was(11.87±3.22),and nurses’knowledge of aging was in a lower middle level.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the experience of teaching,the attitude to the elderly,and the level of aging knowledge were the influencing factors for nurses to implement preventive care in elderly patients with low mobility(P<0.05).Conclusions Overall,the nurses’preventive care in elderly patients with low mobility is at a low level,and is affected by the attitude to the elderly,aging knowledge level and nurses’teaching experience.In the future,training programs should be developed based on relevant influencing factors to increase nurses’preventive care in elderly patients with low mobility.
