二胎剖宫产产妇术前焦虑与信息需求状况及人口学影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on Anxiety,Information Needs and Demographic Factors of Pregnant Women with Second Cesarean Section

目的了解二胎剖宫产产妇术前焦虑与信息需求状况,分析影响其焦虑的相关因素,为缓解二胎剖宫产产妇术前焦虑及满足其信息需求提供理论依据。方法便利抽样法选择2017年3-7月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院行二胎剖宫产的214例产妇为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般情况问卷、阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑与信息量表(the Amsterdam preoperative anxiety and information scale,APAIS)其进行调查。结果 49例(22.90%)二胎剖宫产产妇焦虑分量表得分≥12分,术前处于焦虑状态;110例(51.40%)二胎剖宫产产妇信息需求分量表得分≥5分,信息需求为中度以上;不同怀孕次数及人工流产次数二胎剖宫产产妇焦虑分量表的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同家庭平均月收入及怀孕次数二胎剖宫产产妇信息需求分量表的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);影响术前焦虑和信息需求的主要因素均为怀孕次数(P<0.05)。结论二胎剖宫产产妇术前望能获得更多关于手术方面的知识和注意事项,医护人员应对其进行针对性的围产期及手术相关知识的宣教,满足其信息需求,帮助其减轻焦虑程度,从而顺利渡过围产期。

Objective To investigate the preoperative anxiety and information needs of pregnant women with the second cesarean section,to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety,so as to provide the theoretical basis for relieving preoperation anxiety and satisfying patients’information needs.Methods By convenience sampling method,214 cases were selected and investigated by using self-designed general questionnaire and the Amsterdam preoperative anxiety and information scale(APAIS).Results 49(22.90%)cases with second cesarean section scored more than 12 points,which was in a state of anxiety before the operation;110 cases(51.40%)had the score of the needs of surgery and anesthesia information more than 5 points,which was in a positive state.Statistical significances of the anxiety scale score were found in pregnant women with the number of different pregnancies and the number of abortions(all P<0.05).Statistical significance of information needs was found in pregnant women with different family income and the number of pregnancies(all P<0.05).The main influencing factor was the number of pregnancies(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women want to get more knowledge and guidance of operation prior to the second cesarean section.Nurses should take targeted interventions to meet patients’information needs and provide more guidance to alleviate the anxiety during the perinatal period.
