磁轴式新旧版硬币分离机

A magnetic shaft-based sorter for new and old edition RMB coins

硬币分离是硬币流通领域中所必需面对的日常难题,为实现硬币流通自动化满足社会需求,文章针对市场上流通硬币种类提出一种磁轴式新旧版硬币分离机,利用了新旧版硬币材质、大小不同的特点,采用双层传送带的磁性轴分离装置,实现了新旧版本的6种市面上常用流通硬币的分离,使硬币分离更加细化,达到分离并回收的良好效果。

In order to realize the automation of coin circulation,a sorter with a magnetic shaft for separating new and old edition RMB coins was designed.According to the characteristics of material and size of the new and old edition coins,the authors adopted a structure of double conveyor belt with the magnetic shaft.The results show that the six kinds of coins currently circulated in the market can be separated and recovered accurately and efficiently.
