CFRP加固素混凝土梁配布率优化与造价分析

Sheet rate optimization and cost analysis of CFRP-strengthened plain concrete beams

文章以CFRP加固素混凝土梁为研究对象,在考虑材料价格的基础上以其单位长度的最低造价为目标函数。运用基于CFRP加固混凝土梁正截面承载力计算方法和应变协调条件,运用拉格朗日函数推导出了优化配布率的合理表达式。并在推导出的优化配布率表达式的基础上,通过其在满足相应CFRP级别和混凝土强度等级所对应的正截面受弯承载力和最大配布率范围的约束条件下,给出了存在优化配布率的前提下相应的CFRP价格与混凝土价格比值的范围,并且通过算例的计算分析来验证了作者提出的方法。

With the lowest unit length cost price as the objective function,the reasonable expression of optimized cloth rate was derived with Lagrange function with the section bearing capacity and strain coordination of plain concrete beams strengthened with CFRP as conditions.Furthermore,under the Constraint condition of normal section bending capacity and maximum cloth rate range which meets the corresponding CFRP level and concrete grade,the proportion range of CFRP price and concrete price under the premise of the presence of cloth rate optimization was given.Finally,the proposed method was verified by an example and the formula was proved feasible.
