摘要
目的:建立肾乐胶囊中阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液(3:7);检测波长:313 nm;流速:1.0 m L·min-1;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果:阿魏酸检测浓度在2.593 8~64.845 0μg·m L-1范围内,峰面积(Y)与浓度(X)呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);精密度、重复性、稳定性实验的RSD均<2.0%,平均回收率为97.2%(RSD=1.04%,n=6)。结论:本方法操作简单,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于肾乐胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Shenle capsule.Methods:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on the Agilent EclipseXDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisted of methanol^-1%glacial acetic acid(3:7)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 313 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results:The calibration curve was linear through the range of 2.593 8– 64.845 0μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 9).The results of RSDs of precision,reproducibility and stability tests were all lower than 2.0%.The average recovery was 97.2%(RSD=1.04%,n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple,specific and high sensitive,which can be used for the content determination of ferulic acid in Shenle capsule.
