6455例单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠合理用药评价

Evaluation of rational drug use in 6455 cases of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium

目的:分析我院单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠的使用情况,总结其不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)发生的规律和特点,旨为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年4月–2017年8月6455例使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠的病例,对适应证、疗程、给药剂量、药理作用相同药物联用、滴注速度及15例发生ADR/ADE的病例进行统计分析。结果:6455例中,超说明书用药情况分别为未标注滴速(91.49%)、联合1~3种药理作用相同药物(35.24%)、给药剂量不适宜(29.59%)、适应证不适宜(9.34%)。15例ADR/ADE病例中,引起ADR/ADE的因素有未标注滴速(100.00%)、联合1~2种药理作用相同药物(73.33%)、给药剂量不适宜(33.33%)、适应证不适宜(13.33%)。结论:应严格按单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠说明书使用药品,不合理用药是引起ADR/ADE的重要因素,建议药品生产厂家及时修改说明书,完善药品不良反应相关内容。

Objective:To analyze the application of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium in our hospital,to summarize the regularity and characteristics of ADR/ADE,and to provide the reference for rational drug use.Methods:The clinical data of the patients who were treated by monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium in our hospital between April 2016 and August 2017 were collected and analyzed retrospectively in respect of the indication,the course of treatment,dosages,combined use of drugs with the same pharmacological action,drip speed,and 15 cases of ADR/ADE were also analyzed.Results:Among the 6455 cases,the offlabel use of medication included unmarked drip speed(91.49%),combined use of 1– 3 kinds of drugs with the same pharmacological action(35.24%),inappropriate dosage(29.59%),inappropriate indications(9.34%).In the 15 cases of ADR/ADE,the factors for causing ADR/ADE included unmarked drip speed(100.00%),combined use of 1– 2 drugs with the same pharmacological action(73.33%),inappropriate dosage(33.33%)and inappropriate indications(13.33%).Conclusion:The drug should be strictly used in accordance with package inserts of drug.The irrational use of drugs was an important factor causing ADR/ADE.It is recommended that drug manufacturers should modify the instructions and supplement the contents of adverse drug reactions.
