摘要
汉画像石内容繁多,其中庖厨、宴饮、耕作、宰杀等场景,是汉代人们真实生活以及饮食习俗的再现。文章以山东地区东汉时期画像石所描绘的饮食器具、食物烹饪方式、饮食方式等为主,结合相关文献记载,分析东汉时期山东地区的食品加工方式、烹饪方式和宴饮习俗等。通过与陕北地区出土的东汉时期画像石相对比,发现山东与陕北的饮食文化特点虽有相似之处,但因受到自然生态环境和社会因素的影响,二者的地域差异仍然比较明显。
Han Dynasty stone relief reflects people's real life,such as cooking,drinking,farming,slaughtering,etc.In this thesis,according to the eastern Han dynasty stone relief in Shandong Province describing eating utensils or food material,culinary methods and according to some literature,the issues are discussed that food producing methods culinary methods and feast custom.Besides that,compared with the Han Dynasty stone relief in the north of Shaanxi province,the thesis analysis the differences of diet custom between the two regions.Through the comparison between Shandong region and the north of Shaanxi Province,there are some familiars in diet culture,but due to the nature environment and social influence,the diet difference still exists in the two areas.
