An Analysis of the Principles in the Restoration and Protection of the Ancient City Wall of China

古城墙的保护应是管理与保护相配套的保护体系,这样才能更好地维护古城墙物质遗存,保持传统历史风貌,才能保证古城墙所传递的历史文化信息的代代相传。根据《文物保护法》的文物保护方针以及文物本体修缮原则,明确了关于古城墙的保护方针并详细探讨古城墙修缮的具体做法分析应用于古城墙本体保护中的原则。

The ancient city wall of China has a large number and large scale,and its restoration and protection should be a comprehensive system which is generally accepted and easy to carry out,so that it can better retain the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient wall.The principle analysis is the premise and foundation for the related problems.In this paper,the concrete cases of the restoration of the ancient city wall are discussed in detail by clarifying the protection policy of the ancient city wall.Combined with the guide line for cultural relics in the relevant laws and the principle of repairing cultural relics,this paper analyzes and discusses the relevant principles applicable to the restoration and protection of ancient city walls.
