Discussion on the Protection and Utilization of Yingbinguan in Anshan Iron and Steel Company

鞍钢迎宾馆的保护与开发在鞍山甚至辽宁省历史文化建筑保护工作中都有十分重要和特殊的意义。但对其进一步的发展保护和利用却受到多方因素制约。加之近年来城市快速发展,遗址的保护就显得更为急切了。文章通过对迎宾馆的历史沿革、建筑特点,以及对它的保护与利用这3部分的论述,探明了保护鞍钢迎宾馆的意义和目的。

There is a very important and special significance of the protection of the protection and development of Ansteel Hotel and even in Liaoning Province in the historical and cultural construction.But its further development protection is restricted by many factors.Meanwhile,in recent years,with the accelerated pace of urban development,the protection of the old city is more important and urgent.This is also the reason of this thesis writing.This paper is divided into three parts,respectively,through the history of the Ansteel Hotel,the protection and development of Ansteel Hotel,the architectural characteristics of Ansteel Hotel and the Ansteel Hotel historical status of various angles to a comprehensive description of Ansteel Hotel historical buildings,in order to protect the historic buildings to Ansteel Hotel.
