切削加工有限元仿真教学设计与研究

摘要 切削加工教学内容抽象,实践性强,为了加强学生对切削加工的感性认识,在切削加工实践教学过程中适当引入仿真教学。本文利用有限元软件ABAQUS,以不锈钢30Cr Mn Si作为工件材料、YT15作为刀具,构建二维正交切削模型在课堂上开展仿真教学。通过仿真切削加工过程,帮助学生理解切削加工机理,培养学生创新意识和实践能力,提高课堂教学效果。 The teaching content of cutting machining is abstract and practical.In order to strengthen students'perceptual knowledge of cutting machining,simulation teaching is introduced in the practical teaching of cutting machining.In this paper,using finite element software ABAQUS,a two-dimensional orthogonal cutting model is constructed to carry out simulation teaching in class,where 30CrMnSi stainless steel is used as work piece material and YT15 is used as tool.By simulating the cutting process,students can understand the cutting mechanism,which cultivate students'sense of innovation and practical ability,and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
