摘要 超表面可以对电磁波的传输进行灵活调控,在隐身等领域具有广阔的应用前景。从超表面的基本概念出发,阐述超表面的设计原理,从隐身技术的角度,总结反射型超表面和绕射型超表面的机理及研究进展。对超表面的应用局限进行探讨,并对今后的发展趋势进行展望。该研究可为超表面领域相关研究提供指导参考。 Meta-surfaces(MSs)can achieve free manipulation on transmission of electromagnetic waves,which makes them with broad application prospects in domains such as stealth.Based on basic concept,design principle of meta-surfaces is discussed.This paper focuses on the stealth technology,and conclude the physical mechanism and the research development of meta-surfaces including reflection MSs and diffraction MSs.Discuss the application limitation of meta-surface,and overlook on the development tendency.The research provides related research of meta-surface with reference.
