摘要
文章选取2016年425家创业板上市公司为样本,构建模型分析创新能力与企业价值的关系。通过实证分析可以发现,创新能力正向影响企业社会责任,企业社会责任正向影响企业价值。此外通过企业社会责任的中介效应,创新能力也会间接影响企业价值,即创新能力和企业社会责任对企业价值存在协同效应。研究结论对深入理解创新能力、企业社会责任与企业价值的作用机理有一定启示意义,为企业发展创新与提升价值提供理论参考。
In this article,425 companies listed on GEM in 2016 are selected as samples,and a model is built to analyze the relationship between innovation ability and enterprise value.Through empirical analysis,it is found that innovation ability can positively affect corporate social responsibility,and corporate social responsibility positively affects enterprise value.In addition,innovation ability also indirectly affects enterprise value through the intermediary effect of corporate social responsibility.The conclusion of this paper has some enlightening significance for us to understand the mechanism of innovation ability and enterprise value,and it provides a theoretical reference for enterprises to develop innovation and realize the decision of enterprise value promotion.
