摘要
该文旨在为我国既有居住区社会化改造提出规划设计策略。分析了我国城市居住区建设出现的高层、高密度、人车分层、通而不畅等无车化特征。研究了基于这些特点进行改善环境、衔接公交、缓解拥堵的基本方法。最后提出了"组团布局+小网格道路"的路网策略,"减小规模+营造领域感"的布局方法,"步行+公交"的出行模式,以及"人车分离+社区绿道"等空间布局策略。
The purpose of this paper is to put forward the planning and design strategy for the social transformation of the existing residential areas in China.We analyze the characteristics of high-rise residential buildings in urban residential areas in China,such as the high level,the high density,the stratification of people and vehicles,and so on.Based on these characteristics,the basic methods of improving the environment,con necting the publictra nsport ation and alleviating congestion are studied.Finally,we put forward the road network strategy of"group layout+small grid road",the layout method of reducing the scale+creating a sense of the field,the traveling mode of walking+bus,as well as the spatial layout strategy of the separation of people and vehicles+community greenway.
