人枕下区肌硬膜桥及其连接形式的扫描电镜观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:微观显示肌硬膜桥形态及其连接形式。方法:电子扫描显微镜观察人寰枕及寰枢间隙的肌硬膜桥纤维与寰枕后膜及硬脊膜的连接,分析其连接形式。结果:寰枕及寰枢间隙、肌硬膜桥两连接端、肌端及硬脊膜端均存在明显的直接连接,肌硬膜桥纤维融入硬脊膜,并成为硬脊膜一部分。结论:为肌硬膜桥的功能推测提供了形态学支持。 Objective:To show the microscopic morphology and connection of the myodural bridge fibers with the deep sub-occipital muscles,and spinal dura mater.Methods:In this study,myodural bridge specimens in atlanto-occipital and atlanto-axial spaces of humans were investigated with scanning electron microscopy to identify the kind of connection between the myodural bridge fibers with the posterior atlanto-occipital membrane and spinal dura mater.Results:Both ends of myodural bridge connected with muscles and spinal dura mater were shown distinctly and directly.The myodural bridge fibers interweaved with the spinal dura mater and participated in the spinal dura mater finally.Conclusion:This study lays a definite morphological basis for speculation on the function of the myodural bridge.
