基于威纶触摸屏四轴工业机械手人机界面的设计

Design of human-machine interface of four-axis industrial manipulator based on Wei-lun touch screen

随着机械手的技术发展,机械手的技术越来越成熟,机械手逐渐趋模块化、向集成化,谐波减速机、伺服驱动器、机械手控制器都被行业细分,现在要设计一套工业机械手,基本上都可以通过采购零配件来组装。但是,各行业内的应用各有不同,不同的应用有不同的数据需求。因此,在机械手的人机界面上,很难做到标准化,模块化。本文设计一种基于威纶触摸屏四轴工业机械手人机界面,它是操作者与机械手传递、交换信息的媒介和对话接口,是机械手的重要组成部分,是机械手和用户之间进行交互和信息交换的媒介,结构分为主界面,示教界面,信号界面和故障界面等。

With the development of the manipulator technology,the manipulator technology is more and more mature,the manipulator gradually become modular,to integration,harmonic reducer,servo driver,manipulator Controller are industry subdivision,now to design a set of industrial manipulator,basically can be assembled by purchasing spare parts.However,the applications in various industries are different,different applications have different data requirements.Therefore,in the robot interface,it is difficult to standardize,modular.This paper designs a man-machine interface of four-axis industrial manipulator based on the touch-screen of Granville-fiber.It is the operator and manipulator transfer,exchange information media and dialogue interface,is an important part of the manipulator,is the manipulator and user interaction and information exchange media,structure is divided into the main interface,teaching interface,signal interface and fault interfaceo.
