CO_2-超细水雾对瓦斯/煤尘爆炸抑制特性研究 被引量:17

摘要 为了解CO_2-超细水雾对瓦斯/煤尘爆炸抑制特性,用自行搭建的实验系统,从超压、火焰传播速度和火焰结构3个方面研究了CO_2-超细水雾形成的气液两相介质对9.5%瓦斯/煤尘复合体系爆炸的抑爆效果、影响因素与原因。研究结果表明:随着CO_2体积分数和超细水雾质量浓度的增加,爆炸火焰最大传播速度、爆炸超压峰值均出现明显下降,火焰到达泄爆口时间显著延迟;尤其当CO_2体积分数达到14%与超细水雾的共同抑爆效果凸显,瓦斯/煤尘复合体系爆炸超压的"震荡平台"消失,同时火焰结构呈现"整体孔隙化"。所得结论为煤矿井下高效防爆抑爆技术进行了完善和增强。 To understand the suppression characteristics of gas/coal dust explosion by CO 2 and ultra-fine water mist,the effect,influencing factors and reasons of explosion suppression for 9.5%gas/coal dust composite system explosion by the gas-liquid two-phase medium of CO 2 and ultra-fine water mist were studied from three aspects including the overpressure,flame propagation velocity and flame structure by using the self-built experimental system.The results showed that with the increase of the volume fraction of CO 2 and the mass concentration of ultra-fine water mist,both the maximum flame propagation velocity and the peak explosion overpressure decreased significantly,and the time of the flame arriving at the explosion vent delayed obviously.Especially when the volume fraction of CO 2 reached 14%,the synergistic explosion suppression effect of CO 2 and ultra-fine water mist was significant,the“shock platform”of overpressure of the gas/coal dust composite system explosion disappeared,meanwhile,the flame structure showed the characteristic of“overall porous”.The results improve and strengthen the underground effective explosion prevention and suppression technologies in coal mine.
