承压工况下磁流变弹性体磁致剪切性能 被引量:3

摘要 在有场条件下制备了各向异性的磁流变弹性体,建立了剪切模式下磁流变弹性体的力学模型,设计了承压工况下磁流变弹性体剪切性能测试装置,研究了材料组分、外加磁场以及压缩应变对磁流变弹性体磁致剪切模量的影响。结果表明,磁流变弹性体磁致剪切模量随磁场增强而增大;在同一磁场强度条件下,压缩应变以及磁性颗粒含量的增加均可以导致磁流变弹性体磁致剪切模量的增大;羰基铁粉型磁流变弹性体的磁致剪切模量要高于羰基镍粉型磁流变弹性体。 The anisotropic magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)was prepared under magnetic field.The mechanics model of MRE under shear model was established.The experimental device was designed to measure the shear properties of MRE under pressure condition.The effects of material composition,applied magnetic field and compressive strain on the magnetic shear modulus of MRE were studied.The results show that the magnetic shear modulus increases with the increase of magnetic field magnitude.Under the same magnetic field magnitude,the increase of both compressive strain and the content of magnetic particles can lead to the increase of the magnetic shear modulus of MRE.And the magnetic shear modulus of carbonyl-iron MRE is higher than that of carbonyl-nickel MRE.
