落叶松针叶化学成分的研究

摘要 采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离方法对落叶松正己烷萃取物进行分离纯化,结果得到5个单体化合物1~5.依据波谱数据分析及与已知文献对比,鉴定化合物1~5分别为羽扇豆醇(1),白桦醇(2),β-谷甾醇(3),豆甾醇(4)和正三十烷醇(5).其中,化合物4和5为首次从该植物中分离得到. The chemical constitutes of n-hexane extract of Larix gmelinii needles were isolated and purified by the methods of silica gel column chromatography and HPLC.As the results,five compounds 1~5 were isolated.The structures of compounds 1~5 were elucidated by spectral analysis and the comparison with the data of reported compounds,namely,lupeol(1),betulinic alcohol(2),β-sitosterol(3),stigmasterol(4)and n-triacontanol(5).The compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from Larix gmelinii needles for the first time.
