摘要
以硅藻土、可溶性NaCl、聚丙烯、发泡剂、开孔剂为原料,成功制备出性能优异的硅藻土/聚丙烯复合吸声材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能试验机和传递函数阻抗管吸声测试系统,观察了复合材料的微观形貌,测试了复合材料的压缩性能和吸声性能.研究表明:当复合材料的配比(质量份数)为硅藻土30份、聚丙烯60份、NaCl 15份、开孔剂2份和发泡剂20份时,复合材料具有良好的压缩性能和较佳的多孔性,其最佳吸声系数为0.85,高效吸声频率宽度超过2 000Hz,此时复合材料的吸声机理为薄板振动和多孔吸声两者的结合.
Diatomite/polypropylene composite with excellent sound absorption property was successfully synthesized using diatomite,soluble NaCl,polypropylene,foaming agent and poring agent as precursor materials.The microstructure and mechanical property of the composite materials were characterized by scan electron microscope(SEM)and universal tension test,and the sound absorption performance were evaluated by transfer function impedance tube sound absorption test system.The results demonstrate that when the mass portion of precursor materials fixed at diatomite(30):polypropelene(60):NaCl(15):poring agent(2)and foaming agent(20),the composite exhibits excellent compressibility,optimal sound absorption coefficient of 0.85,and absorption frequency width of above 2 000 Hz.
